Cary Jones, 46 of Three Rivers is facing several charges of criminal sexual conduct against children, according to the Associated Press.

Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette said that Jones is facing nine counts of first or second degree criminal sexual conduct based on acts that took place at a home based day care center.

Police closed the day care center in January.  The center was based in Jones home. According to Schuette, Jones was in the home while the children were being cared for by a day care worker.

He was alone with the children from time to time and often transported them from school to the day care.
