WILX.com reports that the Michigan Secretary of State will offer license plates with logos of the four Detroit professional sports franchises to raise money for charities.

Michigan Governor Rick Snyder signed a bill into law that will allow the sale of the specialty plates. Residents can choose from Detroit Lions, Detroit Tigers, Detroit Red Wings, and Detroit Pistons plates.

Each team has charitable funds that benefit low-income children, youth volunteers, and healthy lifestyles. Funds raised by the sale of the plates will go to those charities.

Plates are expected to be available by February 2019.
