It's back to work today for members of the Michigan legislature.  Lots of work remains before the end of the session but getting it all done will be a challenge.  Among the issues, a supplimental budget for the Medicaid expansion,  changes to the existing medical marijuana law, whether to tweek no-fault insurance in the state, and an agreement on funding for infrastructure.  The governor is proposing raising billions in revenue to fix the road system but is getting push back that this is not the time to be raising taxes.  A proposal under consideration would allow local governments to ask voters for funding.  Lawmakers, with only a handful of days left in session this month, are promising to get to as much of the peoples' work as possible before the session ends.
