Thousands--maybe more--experienced issues with their cable or satellite provider during the much-hyped Floyd Mayweather vs. Manny Pacquiao fight on May 2.

Some who had pre-ordered the fight well in advance never got the feed, some had the fight momentarily then lost it, others weren't even able to order the fight.

Residential customers have been offered refunds for the $100 pay-per-view boxing match. Business customers also have been offered refunds.

But a Lansing law firm says that's not enough.

David Feinberg, an attorney for White Law PLLC, says several local businesses and countless others across the country lost thousands of dollars in the form of lost cover charges and food and drink revenue when they weren't able to show the fight. He specifically referenced the Harrison Roadhouse Pub in East Lansing, which had advertised that it would show the fight for a modest cover charge.

The establishment lost the feed about an hour before the main event and eventually lost its sold-out crowd, Feinberg said. He estimates Harrison Roadhouse Pub's losses to be in excess of $10,000.

White Law PLLC is trying to form a class action lawsuit against cable and satellite providers for the damages done to customers and businesses, like Harrison Roadhouse Pub. Listen to what they're planning in the video above and get more information at their website.
