Less than 24 hours after announcing they're selling, the Detroit Tigers have shipped off their ace pitcher.

The team traded left-hander David Price to the Toronto Blue Jays on Thursday, according to multiple media reports, receiving pitchers Daniel Norris, Matt Boyd and Jairo Labourt--all left-handers.

    Daniel Norris

    Norris, 22, was drafted No. 2 overall by Toronto in 2011. He made his major league debut last year and picked up his first career win in April. He's 1-1 this season with a 3.86 ERA and a 1.5 WHIP. He last started in the majors on April 30.

    Norris is the No. 18 prospect according to Baseball America. He also lives in a van down by the river--no, really. Check out this feature ESPN did on him.

    Jairo Labourt

    Labourt is a 21-year-old starter whom the Blue Jays signed out of the Domincan Republic in 2011. He has yet to make his major league debut.

    In five minor league seasons (which included a stint with the Lansing Lugnuts), Labourt has posted a 9-19 record with a 3.12 ERA and 276 strikeouts in 291.1 innings.

    Matt Boyd

    Boyd is a 24-year-old starter Toronto drafted from Oregon State in the 16th round of the '13 draft. He was called up to the big leagues in June, when he posted an 0-2 record and a 14.85 ERA in two starts.
