The Obama administration is issuing new recommendations for school districts across the country.  At issue is how they discipline students.

Government data supplied by civil rights groups claims unequal treatment of students based on race.  The report indicates that black students without disabilities are more than three times more likely to be suspended or expelled from school than their white counterparts.

President Obama's recommedations are to encourage schools to ensure that all personnel are trained in classroom management, including how to de-escalate classroom disturbances, and conflict management.
