If you need assistance and would like to sign up to be a recipient of toys for your children from TOYS FOR TOTS, sign-ups to RECEIVE toys will take place 11/2-11/20/15.
* Person applying must bring photo ID
* Bring verification of current address
* Provide last 4-digits of Social Security number of everyone in the home
* Bring verification of all children in the home age 17 & below (Medicaid card, insurance car, birth certificate or custody papers)
* Bring income information for everyone in the home
