Wear clothes that allow access to upper arm

Meijer Pharmacy will administer the flu shots and direct bill most insurance providers.

Please bring valid medical insurance card(s).
Those without valid insurance will need to pay at time of service; cash, check or credit card is accepted.

Flu shots are not recommended for those allergic to eggs or egg products, those who have had an adverse reaction to flu or pneumonia shot, those with a current active illness, and those who are in their first trimester of pregnancy.
