Dunnings Sentencing Date Set

WILX.com is reporting that a sentencing date has been set for former Ingham County Prosecutor Stuart Dunnings III who has pleaded guilty to charges of Misconduct of a Public Official. Dunnings pleaded guilty to the misdemeanor charge that carries a maximum 5-year prison sentence in exchange for multiple felonies and sex crime charges being dropped.

Dunnings is scheduled for sentencing in Genesee County on November 10.
